Gina Minichino is an accomplished realist painter. After studying cartooning at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, she took a painting class and found a new passion. She draws on her technical ability as a painter to create portrait miniatures of classical American food. Her work evokes feelings of familiarity and comfort, as well as solitude and isolation. Minichino has shown widely in New York and New Jersey, most notably at OK Harris Gallery, and Allan Stone Projects.
Gina is represented by George Billis Gallery in NYC.
In addition to illustration, Gina has also been drawing caricatures at every kind of event for over 20 years. If you'd like her to draw for you, hit contact!
